Here is a report that the license registration in an environment in which the FL version is switched to the NL version is not correctly finished. (1) Install and launch OR-5200 FL version using the installer for the administrator user. (2) Uninstall OR-5200 FL version. (3) Install and launch OR-5200 NL version using the installer for the administrator user. (4) Warning message is displayed when starting OR-5200 NL version. (5) After closing the warning message, output the product ID file and issue the product license. (6) After registering the product license, the OK message is displayed. (7) When OR-5200 is restarted, a warning message is displayed and the product license for NL has not registered.

After the error in step (7) ,
Execute [Clear License] and restart OR-5200.
After restarting OR-5200, execute[output Product ID to a File] to output a new product ID file,
Register a new license file that has been sent throughthe license transfer procedure.
