When you operate with the following procedures,

the dialog "Data in the data list has been changed.

Do you want to save the changes?" is displayed,

and you can save the read data.
Step 1. Execute the scenario that linked the data on the data list screen.
Step 2. Stop during the scenario execution

("Scenario stop" button or "Scenario stop" library),

or wait until all data loaded in the data list is executed.
Step 3. Press "Data Import" or "DB Link" on the data list screen.

This dialog is displayed when one or more loops are executed.
If the scenario stops in the first loop,

it cannot be considered that one loop has been executed normally,

so it will not be saved and no dialog will be displayed.

If you want to save in this situation, save from "Data Export".
