    Upon installation of OR-5200/5300 on a PC, the following message appeared: "The adapter failed to load." The following is OS information of failed PCs: PC1: Windows7 Pro SP1 x64 PC2: Windows7 Pro SP1 x86

    The said message will appear if the PC runs in the environment (6.1.7601.17514) where the version of DirectX11 DLL (d3d11.dll) is old.
    This issue can be worked around by applying the following Windows Update.
    KB2670838 <https://www.microsoft.com/ja-jp/download/details.aspx?id=36805>
    * When KB2670838 is applied, the version of d3d11.dll changes to 6.2.9200.16492.
