    It happens to be unable to select the application while recording operation. Upon this situation, OR-5200 will then continue to remain in the mode for selecting the application, which requires manual restart. This error is hard to be reproduced.

    It does not seem to be a bug or defect in OR-5200 itself.
    Some cases have been identified as follows:
    1.  When recording scenario by IE Mode through WiFi,

    Mobile, and other unstable network connection, OR-5200

    may wait for IE to complete the Web page for a while

    (during which OR-5200 behaves to be stuck).

    Please check the network in case of Web-Access scenario.
    2. OR-5200 is not able to control IE set in Protected Mode,

    which can be checked to proceed:
    Tools > Internet Options > Security > Enable Protected Mode.

    Please make sure if  the check-box is not checked.
    3. Some anti-virus software may affect the files OR-5200

    needs for running.
    Please check if recording operations will work correctly by

    deactivateing the anti-virus/security software.
