Are the trial version valid for 6 months, irrespective of its version such as the installed version, INP version, and server version? And, howe does it look like in Japan?

Yes. The expiration date of the trial version has been extended to
6 months.
However, please note that the trial period is one month from
the first usage.
The same policy is applicable in Japan.
