Does WinActor work under the virtualized environment (so-called cloud environment such as VMware/AWS/Azure, etc.)?

WinActor can be installed in a virtual environment or thin-client. However, the license may not work properly (* 1) in an environment where the PC information is reconstructed by restarting.
To find out if you can use WinActor in the environment where you plan to install WinActor, please consult with the distributor from which you purchased the product and try to check it to operate properly with the evaluation version.
If you cannot start the node-locked license version or activate the license normally in the cloud environment or virtual environment where you plan to install WinActor, please prepare a FAT environment for WinActor.
Although it can be solved by using the floating license version where the terminal of the installation environment is not fixed, it is not yet sold to general customers overseas, so please contact the distributor individually.
* 1: In an environment where the configuration information assigned to the client terminal changes when restarting, the license authentication at WinActor startup fails. The error "PC information has been changed." is displayed and the registered license may become invalidated. -
